It is with great sorrow that we announce the cancellation of the 2020 Central Bull Riders & Barrel Racers National Finals.
If you purchased tickets for this event, you can choose to hold on to them for the event's return in 2021, or choose from the following options below.

  • USE THEM: Hold on to your 2020 tickets! All tickets for the 2020 CBRA event will be valid for the 2021 September event!
  • DONATE THEM BACK: Ticket holders are able to donate their tickets back to the CWSF office. All donations will go toward Fairgrounds projects, improvements, and to help keep CWSF staff working through these unprecedented times.
  • REQUEST A REFUND: Refunds must be requested by September 13th, 2020 or the tickets will be automatically rolled over for use at the 2021 Event. Please be sure to let us know if the credit card used to make the purchase is no longer valid.
    • To initiate the refund process, please contact the CWSF office in one of the following ways:
      - By Email: Send an email to ashlee.cwsf@gmail.com with the ticket "order" numbers, the full name of the purchaser, and an email & phone number.
      - By Phone: 715-387-1261. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 am to 4 pm. Please leave a detailed message.
    • Purchases will be refunded in the following ways:
      - Online Purchases: Purchases made with Credit Card online will be refunded to the card used in the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 30 business days depending on the credit card processor. If you request a refund, ALL tickets purchased under your order number will be refunded. (Example: if you purchased Fair tickets, these too will be refunded and deactivated).
      - Office Purchases: Purchases made in the CWSF office must be mailed back to the office with a letter requesting a refund. This letter should include the purchaser's full name, phone number, current address, and email address. The Ticket Office is located at 513 East 17th Street, Marshfield, WI 54449. All requests must be received in the office no later than the date listed below.
    • PLEASE NOTE: Tickets that have been refunded will have their bar-codes deactivated and will be unusable for the 2021 event.

REFUND REQUEST DEADLINE: SEPTEMBER 13th, 2020.
REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS WILL BE COMPLETED AFTER SEPTEMBER 13th, 2020.
