The Central Wisconsin State Fair will be implementing a clear bag policy for all grandstand events to ensure the safety of our fairgoers, performers, and staff.

This decision was made after careful discussions with our entertainment agency, their stage manager, representatives from national touring acts, and members of both the Wood County and Marshfield security teams. The Central WI State Fair Board believes this is the best step forward to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

All bags will be checked at the grandstand entrances. We encourage guests to plan ahead. Our staff will do their best to make the process smooth and get you into the event quickly.

Clear bags are available for purchase in the fair office now and throughout the fair for $10 each.

Throughout their career, Blackberry Smoke have embodied Georgia's rich musical legacy, honoring the people, places and sounds of their home state. Over the years the band has appeared across the globe on stages such as Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, Summerfest, Glastonbury, Download UK, to name a few, and has no plans to stop anytime soon.
