The Central Wisconsin State Fair will be implementing a clear bag policy for all grandstand events to ensure the safety of our fairgoers, performers, and staff.

This decision was made after careful discussions with our entertainment agency, their stage manager, representatives from national touring acts, and members of both the Wood County and Marshfield security teams. The Central WI State Fair Board believes this is the best step forward to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

All bags will be checked at the grandstand entrances. We encourage guests to plan ahead. Our staff will do their best to make the process smooth and get you into the event quickly.

Clear bags will be available for purchase on the fairgrounds beginning August 11 and throughout the fair for $10 each.

• New - Purchase a Grandstand entertainment ticket, which will INCLUDE your gate admission.
• Season tickets do not include Grandstand entertainment when tickets are required.
• Tickets can be purchased at the Fair office or at the gates/grandstand ticket booths on the day of your arrival at full price and will not include gate admission if purchased once inside the Fairgrounds.
• Grandstand tickets are limited and may sell out quickly.
• All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted.
  
• Stolen, lost, or damaged tickets cannot be reprinted or refunded.
